Membership Upgrade/ Downgrade request form

Ugrading and Downgrading a membership is not allowed unless the member starts a brand new contract for the same length of time/commitment. All upgrade and downgrade requests must be submitted through the Membership Change Request form on the Elite Core website at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled membership payment. You may not upgrade/downgrade to a 4 class a month option.
