Grip socks are required on the Megaformer. We sell them at the front desk if you need a pair. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel if you run hot. Wear leggings or bike shorts, something fitted on the bottom so everything stays in place on the machine. Free parking is right in front of the studio at 3022 Village Market Place in Morrisville, we're beside Blake Interiors. If the front spots are full, drive around the building and park in the lot behind us. Take the path between FireBirds and the buildings to reach the front door.
Not a chance. Every first-timer gets a walkthrough before class, we show you the machine, explain the movements, and make sure you feel confident. Our coaches cue modifications throughout. You will not be left behind.
The intensity is in your control. The machine uses spring resistance which allows for a customizable experience based off what you need. Lighter springs, slower movements, more modifications. Everyone shakes in their first class. Everyone comes back.
You're going to want to keep coming. When your week wraps up we'll sit down with you, look at your schedule, and find the membership that fits your life. We make it easy because at that point, stopping isn't really an option.

Lagree is one of the safest high-intensity methods out there because it's completely low impact , your joints stay protected the entire time. Our coaches are trained to modify for injuries, postpartum recovery, and joint limitations. Just let us know when you book what you're working with and we'll make sure you're taken care of from the moment you walk in.
If you are currently pregnant and have not taken Lagree at our studio before, we are not able to accommodate new clients during pregnancy. The Megaformer is an advanced machine and we want your first experience with it to be safe, learning it while pregnant isn't something we're able to support. Please come see us after you've been cleared by your doctor postpartum and we'd love to welcome you then.
We've had so many members do Lagree through their entire pregnancy and it's one of our favorite things to support. If you're an existing member and find out you're pregnant, let us know and we'll walk you through modifications for each trimester. As long as you have your doctor's clearance we'll be right there with you every step of the way.
You must be 18 or older to take group classes at Elite Core. If you're younger than 18 you're welcome to book a private session with a parent or adult guardian, just reach out to us via email or phone directly and we'll help set that up for you.

Classes can be booked directly through our website or through the Elite Core app, available on Apple devices. We recommend booking at least a week in advance, classes fill up fast and the waitlist moves quickly when spots open up. All 3-month memberships can book 2 weeks in advance, while our 12-month members can book 3 weeks in advance.
We ask that you cancel at least 10 hours before class to avoid a late cancel fee of $15. No show fees, $25, are charged as well, spots are limited and someone on the waitlist would love yours. Don't fear the waitlist! People drop classes often and spots open up fast. Just add yourself, keep an eye on your app and email, and book your classes a week in advance since they fill up quickly.
Fill out the Membership Freeze Request form at the bottom of our website. Once we receive it, a member of our management team will reach out to help facilitate your freeze. Have questions before submitting? Email us at elitestaff@elitecorestudios.com and we'll walk you through it.
Membership cancellations require a Membership Cancellation Form submitted at least 30 days before your next renewal date. You can find the form at the bottom of our website. Once received, our management team will reach out to confirm and walk you through next steps.
