HERE’S WHAT IT IS.
Lagree is a full-body workout on the Megaformer machine. Same low-impact principles as Pilates but with spring-loaded resistance that works every muscle group simultaneously. Slow, controlled, and harder than it looks. You'll feel it in places you forgot existed.

The one that started it all. Slow, deliberate movements on the Megaformer that fire every muscle simultaneously. Your joints stay completely safe while your muscles absolutely don't get a break. You'll shake around minute 20. You'll be back Thursday.

Not required but highly recommended. The Trainee class is the same Megaformer workout at a slower pace so you can learn the machine and build confidence before jumping into Elite Full Body. You'll thank yourself later.

HERE'S WHAT THE SCHEDULE LABELS MEAN.
Every Lagree class hits your entire body: core, legs, glutes, arms, every single time. But on the schedule you'll see labels like "Elite Full Body: Biceps" or "Elite Full Body: Triceps." We alternate our arm block each day. The label just tells you which arm focus to expect. Don't stress about picking the right day, every class hits everything.

Elite Stretch
Need a full body stretch after a full week of classes? We’ve got you covered! Join us for our 50-minute Stretch class for a slower pace workout solely focused on STRETCHING!
Trainee Class
First time? Do you feel like the pace of the Elite Core Full Body is a little too fast? Check out our trainee class! Created with the beginner Lagree enthusiast in mind. Our Trainee classes offer a 50-minute full-body workout with simpler movements & slower transition times still guaranteed to make you shake! If you have never done Lagree before, we think this class is a great place to start to learn more of the method.
Transform
Transform is a mat-based sculpt class designed to make you sweat. Expect strength-focused sequences that challenge your stability, endurance, and core all driven by the beat of the music. You'll build a serious athletic foundation, feel the burn from the inside out, and leave feeling like the strongest version of yourself.
